How do QR codes work?

QR codes are dynamically generated per order or per shift — guests scan to access the live menu, place orders, and pay. No pre-printed static codes needed.

Do you support NFC tags?

Yes. We support two types of NFC tags: NTAG 213/215/216 for simple menu display — guests tap their phone to open the menu instantly. These tags are affordable and widely available from retailers like Amazon. For higher security, we support NTAG 424 DNA tags which are fully dynamic and tamper-proof, providing cryptographic authentication at each table to prevent cloning or fraud. NTAG 424 DNA tags can be purchased directly from SSP.

What devices are supported?

SSPPOS works on any modern web browser — no app downloads required. SSP Waiter and SSP Kitchen run on tablets, phones, and dedicated displays. We support iOS, Android, and desktop browsers.

How do I manage my menu?

Use SSP Manager to create and update your menu. You can add items, set prices, upload photos, organize categories, and even import your existing menu using our AI-powered import tool.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Payment processing is handled through certified payment providers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I use SSPPOS for multiple locations?

Absolutely. SSP Manager supports multi-location management from a single dashboard, with per-location menus, staff, and reporting.

Can I build integrations or custom features?

Yes. Our SDK allows developers to build custom integrations and extensions for SSPPOS. We are also launching the SSP App Store in Q3 2026, a third-party marketplace where developers can publish and sell apps that plug directly into the SSP ecosystem.
