By accessing or using the SSP POS Ecosystem platform ("Service") operated by SSP Systems Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
SSP Systems Ltd. provides a cloud-based point-of-sale and restaurant management platform, including but not limited to order management, payment processing, staff management, menu management, and analytics.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not misuse the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees and payment processing terms are as described in your service agreement. All payments are processed through Stripe.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SSP Systems Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
SSP Systems Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
