We're selecting 5 restaurants to shape the future of restaurant operations.

SSP is the operating system for restaurants: POS, kitchen display, reservations, online ordering, staff scheduling and reporting on one platform. Instead of a stack of apps that don't talk to each other, everything works together.

We're opening a limited Founding Partner cohort for restaurants that want a direct hand in how SSP evolves.

What partners receive

For the restaurants selected for the cohort.

90 days with no SSP fees

No subscription and no SSP per-transaction fees during the pilot. If you take card payments, Stripe bills processing at cost, directly to you. SSP takes no share.

Founding pricing locked for 12 months

If the pilot meets the goals we set together, you can continue on the Growth plan at a founding-partner rate locked for 12 months.

Hands-on onboarding

Our team sets up your menu, onboards your managers and trains your staff on site.

A direct line to the founders

The founders run your kickoff and every results review, and your feedback shapes the roadmap.

Priority support

Priority support during service hours for the whole program.

Your data stays yours

Export your data at any time. Either side can end the pilot with 14 days' notice, and you leave with a full export.

Who we're looking for

  • Independent or small-group restaurants with 1 to 3 locations
  • Table service, quick service or hybrid operations
  • Owners and managers who want to replace fragmented tools
  • New restaurants opening soon are welcome too
  • Willing to share honest feedback and a few baseline numbers, and to join short check-ins

How it works

    Apply

    Tell us about your restaurant. A founder reviews every application and replies by email.

  2. 2

    Kickoff

    If selected, we sign a written pilot agreement, and agree together on clear success goals and how we will measure them.

  3. 3

    90-day pilot

    Weekly 15-minute check-ins in the first month, then every two weeks. You get a results summary at day 30, 60 and 90.

  4. 4

    Decide at day 90

    Continue at founding rates locked for 12 months, or leave with no obligation and a full export of your data.
