End User License Agreement

SSP Systems Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SSP POS Ecosystem software and applications ("Software") subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; or use the Software for any purpose other than its intended business use.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. SSP Systems Ltd. retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
4. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. SSP Systems Ltd. may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SSP Systems Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
